    • Accessed on board computers to check for codes. In Back up camera control module found 02203 – 011 = Audio / video input 1 – intermittent open circuit and 02203 – 008 = Audio / video input 1 – intermittent implausible signal. A Technical service bulletin exist which outlines the correction for this failure. Repair involves the replacement of the wiring harness to the camera.
    • During scan of on board computers found code 03330 – 005 = Motor for fore/aft adjustment – no or incorrect basic setting or adaptation. Continued diagnosis confirmed that seat control module is receiving the request to move forward but is not reacting. Replacement of the module would be required to correct
    • At this time, vehicle drives and operates as expected

    • Installed customer supplied tire / wheel set NOTE: Customer did not have (and could not locate) the hub-centric rings for the aftermarket wheel set. We supplied a vehicle specific set of aluminum rings for the customer with the understanding that we would receive our set back when the customer found theirs

    • Access on board computer to check for codes. In engine control unit found several codes for engine lean condition, misfire and idle quality. Inspection confirmed that one of the hoses to the engine crankcase ventilation device had come loose. THe ventilation valve was installed during the vehicles last visit and the hose apparently wasn't fully locked into place. Hose installation was corrected and fault codes were cleared – this was a warranty repair

    • Checked vehicle starting and charging systems, condition of vehicle battery and checked for amount of parasitic draw. Starter draw, alternator charge rate and parasitic draw all check within specifications at this time. Vehicle battery is defective – replacement is required to correct
    • Remove and replace vehicle battery, clear all necessary fault codes and reset necessary adaptation programs
