Access on board computer to check for codes. In the engine control unit, retrieved codes P0302 (Cylinder 2 misfire detected) and P219A (Bank 1 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance). Further testing confirmed the ignition coil for cylinder 2 has failed, causing these codes to be recorded. Disassemble as necessary to remove and replace #2 ignition coil. Clear fault codes, road test.
Could not confirm customer's complaint this visit. Suspect this roughness was caused when the engine was misfiring due to the failed ignition coil.

NOTE: The engine oil drain plug was found actively leaking and also a generic crush washer was found installed. This has the front-most splash shield saturated with oil. The shield was cleaned as well as possible this visit but being that the shield has absorbed a lot of oil, replacement of the shield is suggested as it may continue to seep oil.
