inspection found that the retaining ring for the flex pipe was very rusted, loose, and rattling. We cut that ring off and installed a generic hose clamp on the remaining exhaust heat shield.

Inspection found that the cooling system was low again. We added about 1 gallon of water and pressure tested system and found that the radiator side tank is leaking. Suggest replacement of the radiator, thermostat, and coolant as a first repair attempt.
Remove and replace radiator, thermostat, and coolant. To include evacuate and recharge A/C system.
Replace missing clips for splash shields.
