- Confirmed customer's complaint. System was low on refrigerant. Evacuated and recharged A/C system with refrigerant and leak detection dye. Inspected for obvious visual leaks–some minor compressor oil accumulation was found at the expansion valve (under the hood). The accumulation was cleaned this visit. Customer advised to drive car and if/when cooling effectiveness diminishes again, return the car to the shop to reinspect for leaked dye.
- Inspection revealed the passenger side rear side marker light bulb will not illuminate. Disassemble as necessary to remove and replace bulb.
