Checked vehicle starting and charging systems, condition of vehicle battery and checked for amount of parasitic draw. Starter draw, vehicle battery and parasitic draw all check within specifications at this time. Alternator has failed – replacement is required to correct.
Transmission fluid is dirty, but a drain and refill should suffice
Brake fluid is dirty – a fluid flush is suggested
NOTE: The power steering pump is beginning to leak fluid. The pump is located above the alternator. While fluid intrusion does not appear to be the cause of the alternator failure this visit, fluid intrusion can cause alternator failure and the manufacturer's warranty will NOT cover replacement of the alternator installed this visit if the alternator should fail due to fluid intrusion. Replacement of the power steering pump is strenuously suggested

Confirmed customer's complaint. Inspection revealed the radiator cooling fan and the A/C condenser cooling fan have failed. Replacement cooling fan motors or fan assemblies required to correct. Inspection also revealed the coolant reservoir is melted. Recommend replacing coolant reservoir.
At this time, there is no evidence nor any symptoms suggesting that the engine suffered internal damage as a result of the overheating. It is strenuously suggested that the customer closely monitor the engine operating temperature for the next 2,000 to 3,000 miles; to also check the engine oil level and engine coolant level weekly and to report any anomalies.
Replace coolant reservoir and related cap and tube.
Codes 51-1 (ABS Pump Motor Failure) and 65-1 (Brake Fluid Low Level) were recorded in the ABS control unit. Suspect the ABS hydraulic unit is malfunctioning which recorded code 51-1. Inspected brake fluid level and brake fluid reservoir in response to code 65-1. Brake fluid level was not low, but the brake master cylinder and brake fluid reservoir appear to be aftermarket replacement parts. Customer declined further diagnosis this visit. Codes were cleared this visit.

Based on wear, a tire rotation would not be beneficial.
Confirmed that A/C is only cooling intermittently. An electrical test of the A/C compressor clutch circuit revealed the clutch is not getting power intermittently. Further testing confirmed the clutch relay has failed. Replace compressor clutch relay.
