Confirmed that A/C is only cooling intermittently. An electrical test of the A/C compressor clutch circuit revealed the clutch is not getting power intermittently. Further testing confirmed the clutch relay has failed. Replace compressor clutch relay.

Confirmed customer's complaint. The vehicle exhibits a shift "flare" in between 4th and 5th gear. Accessed on board computers to check for codes. In the transmission control module found fault codes P 2711 = Unexpected mechanical gear disengagement and P 2638 = Torque management feedback signal "A", range / performance issue. Research has revealed that there is improved software for both the engine control module and the transmission control module. Installation of this software is suggested as the first repair attempt
