Confirmed customer's complaint. The draw is still at the rate found when we last check the system. It is not enough of a draw to discharge the battery quickly, but is enough of a draw to discharge the battery during an extended rest. The customer has been advised that if she does not want to continue with additional diagnosis, she should purchase and attach a Battery Tender (brand name) to the vehicle anytime the vehicle is going to set at rest for an extended period
Replaced key fob batteries.
Confirmed customer's complaint. Diagnosis revealed the air mix servo is failing. After tapping the servo, it began working again, but this will likely be temporary. Customer declined further repairs.
