Inspection revealed the passenger side front fender liner is damaged and out of place. Several of the mounting points are damaged (torn) and the liner has been rubbing the tire. Repositioned fender liner and secured it with two tie straps so it will not rub the tire.

Disassemble as necessary to remove and replace: timing belt, water pump, timing belt tensioner and idler pulley, hydraulic timing belt tensioner, related power steering O-ring, and serpentine drive belt. Replace camshaft front oil seals and crankshaft front oil seal.

Confirmed customer's complaint. The end link for the passenger side of the rear sway bar is noisy. Replacement is suggested as the first repair attempt and replacement of both end links would be preferred – UPDATE: In continued conversation it was revealed that the sway bar link is under warranty through another repair facility.
