    • Inspection revealed the front brake pads are worn to 2mm, which is the wear limit. Recommend replacing front brake pads. Rear brake pads are worn to 4mm. No brake work recommended on the rear brakes.
    • Replace missing/damaged hardware for under-chassis splash pan.
    • Change engine oil and filter. Replace engine air filter. Replace cabin filter. Drain and refill transmission fluid. Rotate tires (this is performed only if needed based on wear and there is no additional charge). NOTE: Tires not rotated this visit, as it would not be beneficial. Lube all hinges and latches. Overall inspection. Reset maintenance reminder.
    • Perform brake fluid flush.
    • Disassemble as necessary to remove and replace front brake pads.
    • Adjust engine valve clearances. Replace PCV valve. Replace spark plugs.

    • Based on wear, a tire rotation would not be beneficial.
    • Customer requests replacement of front wiper blades and rear wiper insert.
    • Could not confirm customer's complaint this visit. Suspect this is caused by a light rust accumulation on the surface of the brake discs. This is normal after an overnight rest in a humid climate.

    • Confirmed customer's complaint. Inspection revealed the A/C compressor clutch has failed (appears burnt). The compressor clutch bearing is also noisy/failing. Replacement compressor required to correct.
    • Disassemble as necessary to remove and replace A/C compressor and drier dessicant bag. Replace A/C compressor clutch relay. Evacuate and recharge A/C system.
