Confirmed customer's complaint. The end link for the passenger side of the rear sway bar is noisy. Replacement is suggested as the first repair attempt and replacement of both end links would be preferred – UPDATE: In continued conversation it was revealed that the sway bar link is under warranty through another repair facility.

Checked vehicle starting and charging systems, condition of vehicle battery and checked for amount of parasitic draw. Starter draw, alternator charge rate and parasitic draw all check within specifications at this time. Vehicle battery has failed – replacement is required to correct but also, the terminal for the negative post of the battery is a bit distorted from not having been tightened correctly at some point. Replacement of the negative cable is also suggested
