    • At this time, the engine is leaking from both of the valve covers, both of the seals for the camshaft position sensors and the seal for the engine oil cooler
    • There is an abnormal aroma coming from the dash vents but it does not appear to smell like exhaust. Replacing of the cabin particulate filters is suggested as the first repair attempt
    • Replace engine oil cooler seal in conjunction with engine oil change.
    • Drain and refill front and rear differentials and transfer case.
    • Change engine oil and filter. Rotate tires. Replace engine air filter. Replace cabin filter. Drain and refill automatic transmission fluid. Lube all hinges and latches. Overall inspection.
    • Flush brake fluid system
    • Remove front-most driveshaft to remove and replace both universal joints
    • Procedure includes the time required to clean oil residue from affected areas and the time required to remove and replace engine spark plugs
    • Disassemble as necessary to remove and replace cooling fan assembly for the A/C condenser
    • Procedure includes evacuate and recharge of A/C system – NOTE: To reduce expense, this repair has been quoted using new but generically sourced (not factory original) replacement parts. The customer has been made aware and has approved the use of the generic items
    • Remove and replace blower motor for climate control system
    • Remove and replace bulb for drivers front side marker light
    • Remove and replace passenger side license plate lamp assembly
    • Replace rear wiper blade

    • Access on board computer to check for codes. In the engine control unit found P 0463 = Fuel level sensor circuit signal high / open, P 0133 = Oxygen sensor signal slow (bank 1; sensor 1) and P 0130 = Oxygen sensor signal fault (bank 1; sensor 1). Replacement of the oxygen sensor is suggested as the first repair attempt and the sensor is coated in engine oil from the valve cover oil leak which may have contributed to its failure. Warranty could be extended to a replacement sensor only if the oil leak is also repaired
    • Change oil and oil filter. Check all accessible fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
    • Confirmed customers complaint. The brakes are worn to metal on both the front and the rear. Replacements are required to correct
