Confirmed customer's complaint. The inspection revealed that a fly had landed in the measuring probe for the air mass sensor. This interrupted the measuring of the air flow through the sensor which caused the symptom reported by the customer. The air mass sensor was cleaned this visit and this restored the proper operation of the engine – NOTE: This occurred because the engine air filter housing is slightly warped possibly from not having been assembled correctly in the past. A gap in the housing is how the fly was able to get past the air filter.

Could not confirm customer's complaint. The only warning light illuminated is the TPMS, which extinguished once tire pressures were corrected.
Confirmed that the passenger side rear door lock actuator is noisy/failing, and that all lock actuators are commanded to unlock the doors when the ignition is switched off. Replacement door lock actuator required to correct.
Disassemble as necessary to remove and replace passenger side rear door lock actuator.
Secure heat shield with a generic clamp.

Customer advised to drive car and if/when cooling effectiveness diminishes again, return the car to the shop to reinspect for leaked dye.
